Integrative Psychology - Meditation Guide

Shannon has completed her bachelors’ studies with an Honours in Clinical Psychology at The Open University, one of the largest and most respected universities in the United Kingdom, Shannon also possesses a Masters in the 3rd wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Specializing in integrative methods of therapy while utilising her deep understanding of Zen style meditation and Mindfulness along with proven clinical methods in Psychotherapy which have proven to be of significant value in all her work.

Shannon also brings with her a deep understanding of the mind's experience during altered states of consciousness thus allowing her to further develop independent coping tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) which have proven to be beneficial during psychedelic sessions.

Trained formally in Clinical Psychology and working with trauma, addiction and more, Shannon is experienced at tracking tension and points of change and growth in individuals and groups and creating an effective path forward to implement positive change and growth. Shannon's unique experience allows her to fully understand the role of psychedelics and entheogens as a catalyst for authentic positive transformation.

Currently a resident of Spain, Shannon is ideally situated to be one of the most essential parts of the FUSION team, not only geographically but also professionally
