Ingredients
Smoothie Base:
1 frozen banana, chopped
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup spinach or kale leaves
1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture and nutrients) Soak Chia seeds for 8hrs prior to preparation.
Toppings:
Sliced fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, pineapple)
Granola or toasted coconut flakes
Chopped nuts or seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds)
Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries)
Drizzle of honey or agave (optional)
Prep. Instructions:
Prepare Smoothie Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, spinach or kale, chia seeds (if using), and coconut water or almond milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Assemble the Bowl: Pour the smoothie base into a bowl.
